Our fraud monitoring system has your back
Everyone loves the convenience of debit and credit cards. But it's important to keep a close on activity to fight fraud. Since you can't monitor everything 24/7, our fraud protection system automatically does it for you. If there's a transaction outside of your normal pattern, you'll know immediately.
It's a sophisticated protection service that's simple to use:
- Anytime we detect potential fraud, you'll receive an email from us giving you the option to respond with “fraud” or “no fraud.”
- You'll also receive a text alert from 32874 with the “fraud” or “no fraud” option. There is no cost to you for this text messaging service. Here is an example of a text message you may receive: FreeMsg from Fraud Center: Possible unauthorized txn on card 3331 for $50.00 from WALMART if ok reply 3331YES; otherwise reply 3331NO.
- If you don't respond to the email or text, a member of our Fraud Center will call you to confirm or deny fraud.
Please keep in mind, we'll NEVER ask for your PIN or account number.
