Set limits on your debit, credit and ATM cards to fight fraud and control spending

You can always be in control of your HFCU cards. It’s easy to define how your cards can be used and to activate notifications so you know what’s going on with your account.
 
  • Get instant alerts when your cards are used
  • Turn your cards off if they’re lost, stolen or being misused
  • Set spending and withdrawal limits
  • Block transactions based on merchant and/or transaction type

Activating your Advanced Card Controls

  1. Make sure you’re enrolled in HFCU Online Banking.
  2. Log in to Online Banking and our mobile app, tap “Accounts” and choose.
  3. Go to “Card Management” and select a card.
  4. Tap “Alerts and Protections” and choose the controls you want apply to that card.
