By simply working in, living in, worshipping in, or attending school in the City of Houston, you’re eligible for membership! Your home, work, place of worship or school must have a Houston, Texas address. You may also qualify if you live, work, worship or attend school within the specified areas on the interactive maps below.

You’re eligible for membership if you:

• Live in the City of Houston (Houston, Texas address)
• Work in the City of Houston (Houston, Texas address)
• Worship in the City of Houston (Houston, Texas address)
• Attend School in the City of Houston (Houston, Texas address)
• If you do not live, work, worship, or attend school in the City of Houston but have an immediate family member that does, you also qualify for membership. (Family member must have a Houston, Texas address).
• For the Rosenberg-Richmond-Sienna-Thompsons-Arcola and 249 communities, you must live, work, worship, or attend school within the shaded areas on the map below or have a family member that qualifies for membership in those areas.
• Live in the Belknap, Brookside, and Highlands communities in Sugar Land.
• Live, work (or regularly conduct business in), worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entities located with the following prescribed underserved community consisting of 120 census tracts in Anderson, Greenville, Laurens, and Pickens Counties, South Carolina.
