By submitting this form, I understand that the HFCU Basic Checking account is a non-dividend earning account and there is no monthly minimum balance fee (Refer to Fee Schedule for service fees).

 

I understand that by choosing the HFCU Basic Checking account, I will NOT be receiving the valuable benefits of 360 Secure, such as Credit and ID Monitoring, Telehealth, Cell Phone Protection, Roadside Assistance, and more.

 

The signer(s), account ownership election and any payable on death designations (if applicable) on my current HFCU 360 Secure Checking account reflected below will remain the same on the Basic Checking account.

 

I understand that my checking account number and checking ID number will remain the same, and I will not need to order new checks, Visa Debit cards or ATM cards for the Basic Checking Account.
