Fees Associated with Gift Cards

Monthly inactivity fee of $2.95 will be assessed to the card after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. This fee will be assessed to the card as long as there are funds remaining on the card. If the card is lost or stolen, there will be a $5.00 replacement fee. Some restrictions may apply to certain merchants such as gas stations and restaurants.
