Exciting News! HFCU’s new eTeller (online banking) platform is now available. The new website is a scalable banking platform that works across any computer or mobile device with an internet connection, and allows you to securely login and manage your accounts from virtually anywhere.

This new platform provides a cleaner, simpler, and more secure user experience for members! Some of the convenient features included with our new eTeller platform include:
- Banking Basics—Accomplish simple banking tasks for all your accounts and transactions within our easy to use platform that features tools available to help you manage them more efficiently.
- Card Management—Just like our mobile app, HFCU Card Alerts and Protections will be available to turn cards on and off, set up alerts, and block transactions from fraudulent activity that could occur.
- Electronic Statements—eStatements are generally available the first day of each month, help prevent identity theft and can be stored electronically.
- Bill Pay—Bill pay service will be available with our new online banking platform, and allow you to conveniently pay your bills online–from anywhere.¹
- Alerts —Set up customizable alerts for your accounts and stay informed through a delivery method of your choosing.²
- Secure Authentication—Users will have the ability to enroll in two-factor authentication to take advantage of biometric or 4-digit passcode access, and additionally our self-service account recover allows you to easily recover your forgotten login information.
